Course is designed by the professional team of the Ho Yuk Ching Educational Psychology Service Center of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals. It is based on the kindness curriculum developed by the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA, and is designed as a localized compassion course set for young children. The course aims to teach children to be kind-hearted and also seeks to improve children’s self-regulation. This course is for children in the lower and upper kindergarten classes. After completing the whole course, the children should be able to solve problems with their peers on their own, and also have a better understanding of other people’s feelings.
